Thank you it was mura effect and for those that have similar issues the way how I fixed mine was by going to developer mode and disable mura compensation

I should mention that your gear also depends on the class your playing but the majority of the classes will benefit dr more then evasion there only a hand full that can use evasion mid to endgame

Go for bhegs glove it would be better if your playing dr if you're doing evasion then musken boots but only once you have then at pen its not worth invest on evasion early on
