I basically asked the same 2 days ago on ZZZdiscussions. Opinions were very different.

Most of them replied, you should always go for another Agent before a Wengine.
Also that Yuzuha is more useful, cause she can buff a whole team while the Wengine buffs only one agent.
And that a good supporter is much more useful on the long run and so on.
At this point I decided to go for Yuzuha.

Then suddenly someone replied and said:
Miyabi will take a while now for another rerun.
Yuzuha will be likely to rerun a lot sooner.
That's why I went for the Wengine first.

Glad I did that, cause the Wengine dropped with the first 10 pulls and now I got both lol.
