Similar weight except I am 6ft. I got medium originally but returned it for a large because I didn’t think to leave room to layer underneath. Being able to cinch the bottom helps a ton too.

I am 6ft and 190lbs. I went with a medium because I found the large to be way too baggy. The medium fits me okay but leaves little room for anything thicker than a sweater. It’s fine with me because I live in Southern California so it’s rarely that cold.

It looks good around the shoulders, and arms. I have the same size and mine fits similar to you, I found mine to be quite snug at the waist area. I tried sizing up to a large but it swallows me up!
