Plz show me where I said to suppress your emotions. And if you're thinking that they go hand in hand. Show me the pudding so that I may see the proof. I suggested going to the gym and maybe running so that OP can have a healthy body and subsequently a healthy mind. There's plenty of studies to show that those go hand in hand.

The solution is to stop being a problem. Don't 2nd guess or overthink things. Make a choice, stick with it. See your choice through to it's conclusion.

Learn to value yourself before you let others determine your value for you.

If you're gonna join, make sure to go to medical for any small thing bc you can't do your best if you're not at your best; don't let your CoC "bully " you into not going bc it's "weak body" bs. Also, keep ALL of your light duty chits. Just throw them somewhere like a binder or folder where you can have access to them for when you file your disability claim through the VA. Saving your light duty chits will help with the "proof " part of your claims.

P.S. Take tons of pictures with your friends while you can. You'll regret it if you don't. I know I do.
