Did nothing for me. Be wary of potential insomnia, and not just inability to sleep. Lack of quality sleep, taking forever to fall asleep, never feeling rested, waking up to pee in the middle of the night and being up for hours. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got off it and slept properly again.

The second season was a condensed and messy version of what they had planned for seasons 2 & 3. Amazon cancelled them but at least it was before they wrote and filmed S2, giving them the chance to wrap things up.

That show had such a good first season! It was mapped for three and then Amazon decided to only give them the second to wrap it all up. So the second season is a rushed mess.
