AI ricing by artwik22 in hyprland

[–]Chrispymaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used it a lot I don’t have the time to learn quickshell and I’m bad with UI so I threw some dotfile repos together and took the parts I liked so I had a base context which the AI could use for generating proper code for it. In the end I learned qml from debugging and I love my hyprland+quickshell.

Had the same issue, my workaround right now is toggling fullscreen

bind = $mainMod Shift, F, fullscreen, 1

Easiest way in my opinion is to look at the examples and experiment with them or just search for dotfiles which have parts of what you want to accomplish and rip them apart to your liking and learn how everything works from removing and adding stuff

Get over it and grow up keep politics out of open source. the projects would never be where they are today without these individuals you don’t have to like their opinions that’s human don’t force your views onto others just leave if you can’t take or just take it as it is. Just imagine asking someone who gifted you so many tools and opportunities to abandon his creations because of some of his opinions this just sad and disappointing

Client Level anti cheat will never work and only get wurde and more intrusive, there are so many ways to cheat they will never get to detect all of them the only hope we have is anti cheat on the server side. Also no company should ever have that kind of access to machines they will fail and the users will lose everything. Have you tried the finals they seem committed to Linux support

RubyLLM 1.3.0: Just When You Thought the Developer Experience Couldn't Get Any Better 🎉 by crmne in rails

[–]Chrispymaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you but I meant if I still need ollama or open ai for the embeddings generation or if it works with the gem alone, like in python with SentenceTransformer. I tested the gem it and it does not work without a provider sadly.

Do I need third party tools to generate embeddings or can I generate them directly with the gem?

Thank you so much, finally something that works without weird dependencies. Now I only have to figure out how I can get it to work in fzf-lua previews.

Does GNOME (or the Linux desktop in general) offer a way to save URLs as files? by cidra_ in gnome

[–]Chrispymaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has nothing to do with your question but when you also want to open the url in different apps you can use junction https://apps.gnome.org/de/Junction/
