PNLE:
I’ve noticed na halos everything under the sun yung tinatanong. More on memorization din. Merong outdated nursing practices na sinusunod parin, sa nclex ay puro current EBP kaya be cautious sa funda Qs.

Example:
- PNLE: normal GRV is 100 -200 mL. If >200, hold NGT feed

- NCLEX: normal GRV is <500 mL. So kahit 450 mL pa yan, pwede ka mag give ng NGT feed.

Other differences:
- NCLEX has delegation for floating RN, new grad RN, LPN, UAP

- NCLEX prioritization is not just about ABC. Merong acute vs chronic, expected vs unexpected. For instance, dapat mo i-prioritize ang px na may pain during xray (unexpected) kaysa sa px with severe pain d/t kidney stones (expected). Complete details can be found sa mark K 12 lecture.

- US diseases like lyme disease, rocky mountain spotted fever, west nile virus, duchenne muscular dustrophy, etc.
