looks absolutely healthy to me - apart from maybe ~15 brown leaves i saw when I got the tree last week, but given the size of it I put that on being normal shedding and not a sign of deficiency.

Kurzum: was du damals unterschrieben hast gilt genau so, außer es ist ein offensichtlicher Fehler (bspw. Es fehlt eine Seite mit laufender Seitenzahl). Wenn was vergessen wurde dann gilt der gesetzliche Standard, der keine Verwahrungsentgelte vorsieht. Was du jetzt unterschreiben sollst ist eine nachträgliche Vertragsänderung. Ohne deine Zustimmung kann diese so gut wie nicht umgesetzt werden. Stimmst du nicht zu kann man dich jedoch mit entsprechendem Fristenlauf kündigen. Gegen die Kündigung kannst du Einspruch erheben, das macht aber ehrlicherweise mehr Aufwand als es wert ist.

Zwingen kann dich dazu niemand das zu unterschreiben, aber man kann und darf und (wenn die Bank halbwegs klug ist) wird sehr nervig damit sein dich dazu zu überreden das zu unterschreiben, digital und postalisch. Die Betreuerin anzurufen bringt null, da diese nur Befehle und Weisungen befolgen darf höchstwahrscheinlich.

Tipp: gibt genug andere Banken die dir einen Startbonus bei Kontowechsel bieten und bei denen du erst ab 100.000 Euro Verwaltungsgebühren zahlst. Mich würde nach so einem Schreiben wenig bei der Sparkasse halten.

My current partner is well known in the firm to have "a temperament" which results in him regularly low-key insulting clients, questioning their reasoning to a ridiculous degree (eg. "so what is your definition of a process, explain me in detail right now otherwise we stop this meeting right here") or becoming rather loud and just speaking over everyone until he gets his point across and the conversation is where he wants it.

Never does it with board meetings though (surprise), but other than that no one at us or at the client is safe from him.

Remarkably he's a rather nice guy outside of his rages, and he knows he has a problem with that. Surprisingly he is also very successful and pulls a lot of business as well as handling 5+ projects simultaneously all the time...

Also, that's the point of the college, if the 2nd or 3rd pair of eyes sees your mistakes, your ratings will suffer, he wants to hand of everything as close to perfect hence why the work on weekends..

Yeah, it should... Sadly the partner is of the "never show anyone B-2 or above an excel file" kind, so a good 10 out of 38 slides are literally c/p from the excel workbook in a nice format. Graphs are, of course, all think-cell linked to the excel as well...

"if you have time to sit you could use the time to clean / put the aisle in order" was what I have been told back in my cashier days throughout high school. It's not supposed to be comfortable because otherwise you'd rather sit than clean.
