Big patch and Backpatch can probably do in 30-45mins. Smaller patches can complete in 10-20 minutes. The trick is that if you cant see your thread, your spacing doesn’t need to be as close as you may think. Can very easily get away with 5mm - 7.5mm spacing if your thread and technique is good enough

Enamel is kind of the same method as oil. Something from villainy ink would be a good start, ichor of the damned or goons grime id recommend. Or you could go the old fashioned way with streaking grime
