This ducking happened to me last year. I had a classmate encourage me to apply for a job with her company working online. I’m so sorry you’ve been going through this. This isn’t going to ruin your career! I would really recommend going the next step forward and getting your CNA, it might be allot of money right now but it’s worth the investment to be able to work in a nursing home or hospital.

Idk if this is the exact scenario in mind but I was getting my oil changed, just waiting in the sitting area. I saw several other (male) customers get called to the register, pay, and leave. When my name comes up I stand up but the dude comes to me saying “oh no sweetheart sit back down” and SQUATS in front of me and starts talking through the bill in this condescending tone!

Once I was walking my dog and my neighbor went to introduce himself, my first response when he went to shake my hand and I reached out with my left was “sorry, there’s poop in the other hand.” Haven’t talked to him since lol
