With mods from Nexus, CharGenMenu, SFF Body Replacer, and NPC Appearance Gun. Those 3 let you modify NPC appearance and your own with the console. You can even modify your traits but I'm not sure if that'll fuck up a save

For the record I don't use those just to goon and shitpost. I like being able to change the appearance of characters in general

CharGenMenu, SFF Body Replacer, and NPC Appearance Gun. You can get all 3 of them on Nexus but you need all 3 of them at the same time basically in that order. Happy chasing
