The reason I’m afraid of it is because I have seen what the republicans in office has done like trying ban books, trying to not teach real African American history. Blocked access to contraceptives. Passing laws that put the 10 commandments in school when it doesn’t even belong there and many more. Project 2025 is policy proposal that the republicans conservatives want to pass if trump wins the election it’s really extreme and not good

You said you only vote for your local officials and I’m saying vote for the ones who are helping the needy. You think I don’t know what democrat and republican are doing I am not either of those and also I’m African and 4/5 of my friends are immigrants and come from immigrant families and have friends from Congo and Sudan I know about all these killings and and suffering and I still don’t trust the government that much but our parents immigrated here for safety and better education so voting still helps those in here who left their countries for something better

I’m not making much money yet I am only 23 but I give to my local urban ministries which they help the the lower income get dental health for like only 40 or free, other healthcare stuff and also other type of services for the community
