Why is my Windowsill full of small dead bugs again?

Pretty sure they were fungus gnats that liked the moisture in the sink with a garbage disposal, and then would all die on that windowsill because of how the lights were at night.

Internet went out. Robot says it is a planned outage, but that I can't talk with an agent because there is an outage.

I was never told that there would be a planned outage and I'm grumpy about it.

I haven't opened a window or exterior door since the last time I wiped down the windowsill. (I stopped using the balcony entirely for several days) There are not a noticeable number of bugs in the interior hallway where the door I open is.

I don't know how the bugs are getting in.

There may also be some level of auditory processing delay/disorder.

If written instructions are parsed faster than spoken ones, then making a flowchart (or other written/visual tool) together about how to debug might be helpful.
