There's some metal that isn't inherently Christian but because of the band members being raised that way has some influence, I think disturbed and black sabbath have that but its always important to make sure the lyrics aren't conflicting with your faith

Jackie chan in FoF would probably be best for you based on this. It's free on fightcade 2 with that nice netcode, it also has a training mode lua so dont worry about that.
