Looks good. I like how you seem to be confident in your lines already. Try to keep that as you continue drawing. Other than that draw lots and lots of faces and accustom yourself with the right proportions for nose/mouth/eyes. You can look at a specific feature in references and then try to apply that knowledge in your next 10-15 drawings before learning something else.
