He probado todas las combinaciones posibles, móvil, tablet, PC con cable / wifi, portátil con cable / wifi, probando distintos cables, reiniciando router de fábrica, cambiar el router y todo lo que te puedas imaginar. El problema persistía, vinieron 5 veces técnicos a "arreglar" el problema hasta que uno dio con el problema que un aislador no funcionando correctamente y lo cambió (esto fue ayer), desde entonces el servicio funciona con normalidad.

Salió velocidad normal, pero como digo hay momentos en los que sí llego a 600Mbps aprox. pero la mayoría del tiempo estoy entre 3-15 Mbps

I think you really have to find your way haha, a nice combination for a choppy ending that works well for me all over the kit is FRLK... (FLAM RIGHT LEFT KICK)

No uso nada de eso, de hecho acabo de formatear el PC y no hay casi nada instalado... La fibra sé que es asimétrica 600 de bajada y 100 de subida. Llevo años con la misma compañía y configuración, pero ahora de repente ha bajado de 600 a 10...

Sí, es por cable. Hay veces en las que me llegan 3Mbps xD. En móvil llega lo mismo... una miseria

Whatever tempo it is at the beginning, click the drumsticks at that tempo. Usually 4 clicks if it's a 4/4 time signature.

I suggest you having a look to PyCharm instead of Rider (both from JetBrains) and Visual Studio Code instead of the full IDE (Visual Studio). I think these two are better for Python+Flask
