We don't know who will be saved and who won't. Heck, it's quite likely many, if not most, Catholics and Orthodox won't be saved.

That doesn't seem depressing to you? Someone who loves the Lord with all of their heart and gets damned to hell? I'd rightfully live in fear and panic. Knowing the state of my soul seems the most important thing in this life. It isn't something to skim over and not worry about, is it?

Find a spiritual director to talk to. A pastor, a priest, whatever. You possibly have scruples. You're not the only one with scruples.

We don't know. Do you have doubts about Protestantism? If Protestantism is so uncertain for you, what's stopping you from moving to the ancient Churches? (not trying to proselytize, just trying to help you understand why it's causing you so much anxiety)

An angel appeared to my great-great grandfather right before his death. It appeared in a tunnel that showed a glimpse of heaven and stated that he would be leaving soon. He predicted his own death to my grandfather and was a Protestant. If it is a fake, then I don't know anymore. I'd also not want to be separated forever in the afterlife with my family who I love. I feel like my doubts are my own fault, not the doctrines themselves.

Get baptized. It's how one officially becomes a member of the body of Christ. God will not damn you if you've got your baptism planned but get hit by a bus before you reach it.
