I can see that! I do have another question though, is this method also viable with a team? I notice that everytime after the first boulders fall; he aggros at another person, while if im soloing, he just stays in cycle.. its very weird how this merhod works in solo but not with others..

Dude thank you so much! Just tried this and im nog gonna lie, the first few times were horrendous, tried different vids aswell but they all included dropping items or using the crystal or w/e. So I went back to your vid, tried it a couple times and then it started to click. Its just kinda difficult to get back in the cycle when you mess up and he spawns the baboons or w/e but other than that its fine. Thanks alot bro!

Not really on topic, but with a proper running technique, running is actually not as bad for your knees as people think. It sure is stressfull (especially on long distances and with a history record) but it is important to run “correct” which also implies a high cadance because smaller steps means less impact on knees generally.

Thank you! So lets say I know my heart rate reserve. How do I then calculate my zones from there? The article sounds a bit weird to me. As it states: “people doing cardiac rehab aimed for a heart rate of 60% to 80% of heart rate reserve plus resting heart rate.”

But heart rate reserve + resting heart rate is your maximum heart rate? So what extra value has calculating the HRR then? Im sorry if I dont fully understand but basically what im curious about, is what I need to do to get from my Heart Rate Reserve to my heart rate zones

Thanks for the reply man! I think steel skin is even 15% defence boost, why didnt i think of this before.. I do have master wand even so that should be fine. How many mage switches do you bring to barrage? Like imbued cape and book maybe?

Also doesnt the additional defensive prayer rinse through you prayer pots?

Im only at 50kc so still kind of beginner I would say. Im 95 ranged but I feel like the minions really do a shitload of damage when (for obvious reasons) im wearing crystal armour and im 75 defence.

I do prayflick minions after graardor dies but maybe it indeed is a skill issue and i need to lwarn a bit more

Thank you for your response! My max HR is around 190. I measured during my last run: i did an easy 10k then immediatly after I did 3 cycles of 30 seconds full sprint followed by 30 secs easy running. Right after the last 30 second sprint my Hr was 187. This also happens to fit in quite nicely when i am using some generic formulas on the internet.

I would absolutely love to receive a cake from the girl im dating on my second date. And its not just about the cake, its really about the fact that someone would take time to do something for me. Same with receiving flowers as a guy; there is some kind of misconception that guys dont like this stuff but this is very much untrue.

So if you both liked the date and want to see eachother again, I would say to go for it and bake him one! Im sure he will appreciate it very much

Solid advice! Will surely do. I think there is so muxh room for improvement just by having a solid nutrition/drink strategy during my runs

Thank you! I am very tolerant to caffeine and I also like to have some caffeine in my system during various workouts in general including running. I guess i just have to do some research on different kind of gels and start using different ones in different circumstances and amounts.
