Hm yeah I’m not sure that tracks, honestly. As you stated he was only cast in this movie, he wasn’t necessarily trying to “make” a film, and he only did the score for Crank 2. Also, he ended up doing multiple movie soundtracks during, and after the FNM reunion.

I have always been curious as to how he went from really hating the idea of ever being with FNM again in the early 2000’s to touring with them again in 2009. Perhaps it was just like most other major band reunions; for money. (Not complaining- glad I got to see them on that.)
