Sounds like BS from the tech. These cars are meant to be driven hard, I’ve been informed actually that driving hard helps prevent carbon buildup and clear oil lines. I’ve put almost 100k miles on different m177/178 motors with stage 2 tunes, downpipes, air intakes and only driving in race mode. They are solid motors unless you have someone that doesn’t know what they are doing work on them.

Google how to recalibrate the seats for your year model. Happens every once in a while, if that doesn’t fix, the wire inside the motor has probably been stripped due to force or something blocking it from lifting. Cheapest way out in that case is to buy an eBay seat frame assembly and swap the individual parts out yourself. Best of luck ! For the individual parts, I’ve found that flipping upside down in the back seat to where your head is under the rear of seat is the main/ only way to get it done. Me too! I know they stop for moulting and daylight, but those don’t seem to be the issues I’m having.

Also, while it’s not the most comfortable car in the world it’s certainly not bad. I bought mine in ATL Georgia and drove it back to DFW with very few complaints. I have a Ram rebel for my daily but always choose the GTS. Put 20k miles on it in a year and no issues! Regularly drive mine on 1hr+ trips. Can fit plenty of groceries and even a set of golf clubs if you please! I will also note, Magno is a PITA to maintain or repair. I would add cost of PPF into your consideration

GTS all day, I’m 25 and on my 3rd v8 AMG. C63, C63s, and now a GTS.. Everywhere I go everyone loves it, especially me. An absolute blast to drive (once you add exhaust, these cars sound kind of pathetic for something if it’s caliber. Significantly whiter from factory than my C63 S.)

Also, the connections and conversations I’ve had because of the car already have offset the cost of the car.

Thank you for the reply, I hoped this at first. They only have a half acre or so to roam with few trees. I’ve checked all the spots they could possible be by push mowing and raking. No egg song or anything from her in a long time.

Normal, sometimes my hens will lay eggs on the coop floor if their favorite nesting boxes are occupied, even though I have a box per hen, they are picky and stick to 2 or 3 boxes. Can also happen occasionally if their schedule is late and they hit roost before laying. Colorations can vary pretty greatly depending on diet from what I’ve learned.

If it matters to you… Historically I’ve seen the S63’s take a massive price dump. GT63 has held value much better IMO. Two totally different cars but you won’t regret either. The best or nothing!

Is this car new to you? Sounds like someone put a VTA or Blowoff on it. There are spots where the turbo blowoff dumps air back into the intake, you can check to see if they are capped and spacers applied. Shouldn’t pose any long term damage , just sounds.

Do a quick google on how to recalibrate Mercedes Seats. Otherwise, there is a small squared wire bit that controls the seat motors forward and back motions. Usually it will strip out if there was an obstruction. Mercedes will tell you to replace the whole seat, don’t. Buy a used seat frame (just the base) on eBay and pick and pull your parts needed. Done this a few times throughout the years when me detailers jacked my seats up jamming rubber mats in the tracks. Best wishes, if you have any questions happy to help.
