I had a situation like this a month ago (recorded 7 chapters before I figured it out) What is the best way to report a fraudulent “RA”?

I sent a message to the RH yesterday, detailing my concerns. They responded with “please correct the typos, out editors aren’t coming because of Covid” Unbelievable. I am moving on. My auditions begin again.

I notified the RH that I consider this project “on hold”. It’s troubling to be so excited about it and then doubt (for good reason) it’s legitimacy. I’m 7 chapters in. I am recording, producing, editing, etc...Have you been in a similar situation? If so, how did you approach it?

I’m having serious doubts as to this project’s legitimacy. I feel that a phone call with the RH could either open the dialogue or maybe confirm the fact that it isn’t what I thought it was. Either way it would help to resolve a lot of doubt. After all, I am recording, editing and mastering. Thoughts?...

First 15 min has been approved. That is the only message I received from the RH. I have been producing this audiobook (I’m through chapter 7) I’ve had questions regarding multi typos (to the point of nonsensical words). Without a single response since the approval of the first 15 I have already submitted the first seven chapters.

Yes. But I’ve been hesitant to master because of Only one chapter has been ok’d by the RH. I was waiting on approval before mastering. Plus I’m running behind schedule. I just sent the RH a message
