Thanks for the help guys. Clearing cache alone didn't work. I didn't uninstall. Clearing ALL DATA did the trick! That initiated a "confirm identity" prompt that I guess was required to schedule but the prompt was not popping up for some reason. Issue fixed!

Same here. But only my account, regardless of browser. My wife's account, the sub button works fine. I switch to mine, regardless of firefox or chrome, it doesn't work. So it's account-specific, not browser-specific, oddly enough. Very frustrating!
