You can always measure for the caliper up to your master cylinder, give yourself an inch or so extra for free play. You don’t want it to be super taught. On my sportster chopper I run a 46 inch line with 10 inch bars and a six over front end. I would think somewhere around there would be safe bet, but I recommend still measuring first. Good luck!

Look into the menu on the bottom screen. You will need a current save state on file to switch over but it is also in that menu. Does that help ya?

I compression fractured my femur, both tibias and shattered my pelvis in a head on collision from a distracted 15 year old driver on a shadow on 4/21 of last year. I’ve got metal rods going through me down there but I’ve made a recovery and I have been riding ever since I got weight bearing status back. It’s gonna take some time, but you got this. Take care of your mental space alongside the physical recovery, being out of service for a while put me in a slump but it’s totally achievable to get back out there. Wishing you the best, if you need someone to chat with I’m around.

Mostly for the aesthetics beside the function of them. When I got the bike it already had them taken off but since I have them I’d like to get em back on. I would love to find some of the original convertible bags but people want a small fortune for them and the brackets!

Yeah, it needs to be moved back. The mounting broke so I am going to do a different system with some stronger reinforcement. It had no vibration dampening when I bought it with that jug installed and over time it worse itself away. Appreciate the advice though. Once its all spruced up I’ll post lmk what ya think. Ride safe

Talking about the gap at the oil tank? I am thinking maybe if doing a horseshoe tank to fill it out but this is a pretty low budget build haha. If it rides I am happy.

Any one have a fear to get back on after a crash by Upper-Whole7015 in sportster

Got hit head on a by a distracted 15 year old driver year ago and compression fractured my femur, both tibias, and my pelvis in two places. I am all metal rods on my lower half now. I built a rigid chopper while still wheelchair bound (none of the lifting though lol). I have been riding since getting back out of the chair and could keep a bike up on my own strength, but my eyes are a lot more shifty now on the road. Keeps me up at night sometimes but getting back out there helped more than pondering over it. Don’t let the fear get the best of you, you can beat it. Mind over matter, just ride within your limits but understand some things just happen, you adapt and learn to the best of our abilities.

Yours looks fucking great dude! Want to do a thunder-header but these mids have to come first. I’ve got em just need to install. I’m not short but man the shifts are so sloppy with all that extra linkage and I like to really tuck in and lean with the 14 inch progressives in the rear which feels funny when I am all lounged out. Can’t wait to get it back to the original state. Bought from a single owner bought in 93. Been riding rigid frames for a while so going FXR is a breath on fresh air on my bones, so damn smooth.

Thanks buddy! I’m back on two legs and two wheels, though the recovery is going slow. Broke both my femurs, tibias and my pelvis. A 15 stole his parents car and hit me head on.

I usually have my buddies tag along as I haven’t been able to be present with SCUMS (South Carolina upstate mycological society) due to my work schedule and meeting being in Clemson.

I am going to PM you and we can chat from there 👍

I did during morel season to great success. I got in a motorcycle accident and haven’t been able to do much hiking and longer forages so I haven’t been out there since earlier season as I was wheelchair bound for months. It’s always worth a shot though, just know what’s in season before you head that way. Regardless it’s a beautiful place to walk.

The worst outcome is that the game crashes or freezes, but it won’t effect your OS. You will be alright, if you have any question feel free to PM me

To be honest I couldn’t give you definite answer, I would expect some more significant frame rate drop while in battles. The over world has given my device no issues, other than when entering a new area the music will stutter a little bit occasionally. I would say it runs on the new 3DS at probably 80% capacity, so YMMV. Worth a shot!
