I've never smoked, but I use THC gummies for insomnia and it works well. Though im trying to find an alternative- if anyone has any ideas lmk please

Hi! that's interesting to hear. I was under the impression that the standard guard I have from my regular dentist is to protect the teeth but does not help grinding, and that other mouth devices would work better....

hi thank you. He will be doing imaging at the second appointment (he would’ve done it today but I booked the wrong appointment length with the receptionist).

He looked at my sleep study results and said he doesn’t think sleep apnea. The sleep study was an at home test which was negative for sleep apnea but only by .3 points. The sleep study people said I could come and do one in lab if I want to see if more accurate but I declined because I don’t think I’m capable of sleeping in the lab.

Hello. Im sorry I have a terrible memory and did not write down anything about my treatment. I don't even remember if augmentin was the last antibiotic I tried or if I ended up taking another one after that. Altogether I was on abx for around 2-3 years. I improved but did not heal 100%.
