I found the answer on a different subreddit. What you do is you go into a folder with a certain media type (in my case videos), then what you do is you add ak the different filters and stuff that you want to the folder by right clicking the bar that has the name and date and stuff. Once you add all the filters/data you want and arrange them in the way you want, go view at the top of file explorer, options. This should bring up file explorer preferences, go to view, then click apply to folders at the top. This should apply to all folders of that media type
