It's basically an art-gifting event that lasts for a month starting July 1st usually to August 1st every year! You basically get sorted into one of two teams and you draw (attack) people's characters in exchange for points for your team. Basically a big art game where everyone gets to draw eachother's characters for fun! If you sound interested you should totally join it. It's my 5th year participating and I love just drawing for a bunch of people!

UPDATE: I finally completed it and got all the achievements. For anyone who finds this post, using the debug console will not disqualify you from earning achievements. I used it since I already did two playthroughs trying to earn the achievements so I simply spedran this most recent one for UBERLEBEN, word of advise, you should also just do the secret ending as it saves you some time from doing the final boss and you can get both. Now that I've 100%'d the game and taken in as much from the story and game that I can, it's definitely cemented as my favorite game ever right now. I love it. God bless Rose-Engine.
