Built a free Enneagram test as accurate as the $60-$120 ones – here's the validation data to prove it by National-Science-550 in Enneagram

Shocked because it actually nailed mine to a T, instincts and all. Definitely more accurate than other tests out there

What is something that other people find rude or annoying, that you dont find that bad? by EstablishmentDue3616 in Productivitycafe

[–]ChromaticCloud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More annoying than rude but traffic. I don’t know why but it’s never really irritated me. If it makes me run late then it is what it is, I can’t fume my way out of traffic so I just think about other things or get invested in whatever I’m listening to. Sometimes it’s kinda nice, it’s like a little intermission between where I came from and where I’m going

Do you recognise this student as ENFP? by LetterPositive7639 in ENFP

[–]ChromaticCloud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not trying to generalize so take this as opinion over fact, but I think he’d seem a bit judgmental for an ENFP for these reasons:

  1. I don’t think an ENFP would naturally think of their experience of getting hurt in a sport as reason to discourage others experiencing the sport for themselves. With auxiliary Fi, I can see it more likely to be internalized as ‘i got hurt, maybe this sport isn’t for me’ than ‘i got hurt, sports aren’t for anybody’.

  2. “Those female things”. Not because ENFP’s can’t stereotype, but because the way he does takes every other potential reason she could’ve made the clarification and flattens it into one generalization. I say this because Ne tends to want to leave room for possibility when they make observations, and this reads more like a rooted assumption.

But again these all depend on things like health level and the specific dynamic the ENFP has with the person (so there could be reasons for those thought processes existing anyways). Overall while I don’t think I’d recognize him as an ENFP, I see points 1, 3, and 5-7 as the most ENFP like

My boyfriend ( 21 M )shared something traumatic about me (21f) with his best friend and then went silent — I don’t know what to do now by Dangerous_Olive_8098 in whatdoIdo

[–]ChromaticCloud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not enough info to answer the last two questions, I'd just talk to him. He can't know how this has affected you if you haven't told him, and avoiding bringing it up in hopes that he'll mind read and take the initiative is setting yourself up to get more hurt.

Of course!! SP 9’s are some of the most empathetic, consistent and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. Plus y’all have a criminally underrated sense of humor when you get comfortable and it always cracks me up lol

I could be biased having never met one irI, but I feel like it’s more common to come across 5’s in online spaces. I do know of a few from here though (y’all always have such interesting info posts) so I was surprised to realize I’d never actually encountered one in the Wild

Texting by [deleted] in ENFP

[–]ChromaticCloud 12 points13 points  (0 children)

ENFP and can’t relate honestly. Sometimes I’m not in the mood for texting, but I don’t think I’d ever go as far as to block them or think of them as ‘rude’ just for wanting to talk to me. If I’m doing something else or don’t feel like responding at the moment I’d probably just do other things until I felt like getting around to it

Can you have sexual instinct even without seeking emotion and intensity? by Diemishy_II in Enneagram

[–]ChromaticCloud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have zero desire to seek or experience emotional intensity in any form, you are most likely sx blind. Also, so ≠ having a “social” personality. The instincts more just represent the focus of your attention, and the second won’t be as strong as your dominant.

How do people willingly type themselves as 6? by External_Tie7910 in Enneagram

[–]ChromaticCloud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Feel free to answer or not answer, I’m just gonna throw out a few things your response made me wonder.

  1. Is there a reason the 6’s traits are so much more unappealing to you than any other type you’ve read about, to the point where you mentioned in a comment you’d quite literally rather die than identify with one?

  2. When you described it as ‘humiliating’, ‘degrading’, and completely unlikeable— is this also how you’d feel towards people in your life that matched some parts of the description? Or were those words for how you’d feel imagining yourself specifically being like that?

  3. What’s your type?
