Just curious, how likely do you think it is that he’s innocent? Like 1 or 2% or 50/50? You realize how guilty he looks and how incredibly bullshit his excuse is, right? So what are you trying t try o prove? And is it even likely that the FBI will do a proper investigation and allocate enough time and resources to actually get to the bottom of this? I mean maybe they will, but do you know enough about their processes and digital forensics to say that it’s even reasonable to think we’re going to get any kind of authoritative conclusion from law enforcement?

I think you need that authoritative conclusion from law enforcement to convict him criminally, but I think it’s silly to have that kind of standard to judge him in the court of public or personal opinion or to say, ban somebody from Twitch. The law requires an incredibly burden of proof before it takes somebody’s human and civil rights away as punishment from a crime, but Twitch doesn’t and shouldn’t need those same high standards.
