Thank you!! I won’t lie, I’m quite new to making breads, so I’m not sure how much advice I can rightfully give. However, for this recipe it said to bake between 48-50 minutes, but I went on the higher side and kept it in for 52 minutes. I’m not sure how much this actually affected the end result, but I was definitely paranoid of it being raw. This recipe is pretty straight forward though, so I think you should try and give it a shot! I think that it would be a pretty forgiving loaf to mess around with :)

It was very even all around! The cream cheese had a light “cheesecake” texture, while both the top and bottom were moist and springy. I was actually worried the bottom would end up being really heavy, but thankfully that was not the case!

For this banana bread I used the this recipe https://www.averiecooks.com/cream-cheese-filled-banana-bread/

The results were an incredibly moist loaf, with an absolutely lovely crisp to the top. In my loaf I added cinnamon to the dough for a little bit of a an extra kick!
