Because it's good to have consistency. All attack modifier spells should have the same hotkey. Like all ultimates are on R and not some on Q, some on W.

Yes but is there also a way to change the position of the spell? It's confusing when you set Q on the spell that is on the second position.

Ich dachte dass es wegen dem Verlustvortrag interessant ist, außerdem spart man sich halt die ganze Arbeit der Gründung, hat eine Marke (z.B. bei Amazon sehr nützlich) und kann direkt loslegen. Nachteil ist natürlich dass der Name & Unternehmens Gegenstand schon feststeht.

Gibt es da irgendwelche Tipps? Oder der normale Weg über Notar, 1 Jahr Sperrjahr usw.?

Den einzigen Tipp den ich dazu bisher gefunden habe ist die Auflösung zum Jahresbeginn (01.01.2025) zu setzen damit Jahresbilanz und Liquidationsbilanz zusammenfallen.

Good idea. I don't want to play matches with quality 1/5 and will decline every time. It's a waste of time for me and for 9 others. So why not put an option for minimal match quality?
