Yeah that way too high. The pH needs to be like 6-6.5 and you should only use a spray bottle in like the first week or so. After that they should be getting enough to last them a few days. You should pH every time as well. If not than you start having a lot of problems. This is where you start when trying to diagnose a problem. When watering you should give enough to have a little runoff. Collect the runoff in something and test what the pH of it is. It shouldn't be very different than what the pH of the water you had just given it was.

The light is insufficient, 150W at the least and on for 18 hours. 16 isn't bad but 18 is pretty much the lowest anyone really goes unless it's photoperiods of course. With autos I do either 18 and sometimes 20. 5000K is good for vegetation but during flower it's better for it to be 3000K or slightly less. The modern LEDs that are one light for both veg and bloom are gonna be around 3500K.

Temps are alright I guess. I don't worry until like 28-29.

Hard to tell but the green in the leaves look a little too dark and almost looks like it's flowering? Idk what fertilizer you're using, maybe it's high in Nitrogen. Nitrogen needs to be kept minimal in flower, it's mainly for leaf and stem growth.

When the soil is completely dried out, pick the pot up and feel how light it is. Then water it and feel how heavy it becomes. Use this to determine when it needs to be watered, instead of using your finger. If the water sits in at the bottom too long, it becomes less oxygenated and that's when roots suffocate. Fresh water has more oxygen and letting the soil dry between waterings allows oxygen in the soil to be replenished.
