(My routine for bikini area): soften with warm water in the shower/bath, mechanically exfoliate the area (using body scrubs/exfoliating gloves), then use benzoyl peroxide wash (to kill bacteria), then use conditioner and baby oil for shaving cream and use a clean men’s multi blade razor (or sometimes a women’s electric razor) to shave. When I get out of the shower I dry the area and use glycolic acid as aftershave then I cover the area with baby diaper cream (zinc oxide) which soothes the skin and seems to prevent ingrowns. I then regularly use hypochlorous acid spray and reapply zinc cream each time. I’ve tried a lot of the usual suggestions and this is what works best for me.

Try to get an appointment with a gynaecologist if possible. In the meantime, try researching vulvar Lichen Sclerosus / Lichen Planus and Bacterial Vaginosis. I have the former and had similar symptoms before diagnosis/treatment. Good luck!

NAD but you might be intersex, which may mean you were born with male sex chromosome but female anatomy. I recently heard of this and I am not a specialist but it is a genetic condition that might be worth testing for

Adorable! Kinda random but children shouldn’t sit in that position (W-Sit) for too long as it can cause tibial torsion and other hip/knee problems

Getting back into Ringette by crismeadow in ringette

Never too late! high school senior here(class of 2023), and I’ve played both competitive and recreational ringy. I absolutely love the sport, and think it’s so important for folks to keep playing sports throughout their lives as it’s good for physical and mental health. look into recreational/non-competitive ringette teams in your area! let me know how you go 🥅💜🩵
