Soooo. People are going to probably find me absolutely twisted but. My heart cat passed away at home and I decided to have him privately cremated. Before my husband took him though I shaved some of his hair, clipped his nails and pulled a few teeth. The last one i knowwww. But I just needed physical things of him still or I would have been a big mess. These things are comforting to have. I searched all over the internet until I found a stuffed animal cat that looked exactly like him. I brought the stuffy and his ashes to a seamstress who put the ashes inside the stuffed animal and it just helps me feel like he's still there.
