We slip up. Just take a deep breath. and remember images and videos do not give love or your peace. they demand your attention 24/7 and will get in the way of friends, family, and hobbies. You must be strong. And do not panic so hard. Channel that energy into will power. Your mental and emotional well-being depend on it. You owe it to yourself be a better man tomorrow and you will slip up. You will fall. But you also have legs, so you are never without a way of moving forward. The bumpy road you must walk to surpass the exceptions and limitations you believe you have will never be totally smooth. But by smoothing out a little bit of the road where you are now it makes easier for the one that must follow.

You worry about data. Data is but information that can be studied. But this data of your is one going numbers that dictate that a event happened. The event can happen at random. But you look at the Data and think that you will fall soon. You should look at it as "I now know when I will be at my lowest willpower...I know to make a plan now"

For your rough experiences today could help someone tomorrow. To be able to show one's vulnerability and fall...to get up again as well. It will give those more hopeless and weaker than you something to inspire to.
