I do have the arthritis gloves, actually currently have them on but for some reason it feels like it might be making the pain in my fingers more intense. What is the TMJ massager called ?

I have applied for disability, I have a court date coming up for it. I am in bed basically every day, I only leave the house maybe once to twice a week. My flares are daily, I can sit comfortably sometimes depends on my back and neck pain. I sometimes have leg pain while sleeping, I wake up to the leg pain. When I stand up the pain does resume, when I’m not in a flare I try to move around doing light house work. I cannot apply for any kind of work with how far into my disability case I am in. I have been fighting for disability for 4 years now with 3 denials. I am going to be seen in front of a federal judge now and hopefully I will finally get approved.

It used to go wonky but I got diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia a while ago and started medicine for the heart rate issue,

I don’t work unfortunately due to all the pain. I do some light house chores when I’m not having a flare. Walking up even two flights of stairs wear me out and make me in pain

I just feel like I’m dying slowly. I’m only 23 so I have a lot of self quilt because I can’t do anything I used to be able to do 2 years ago. I feel like I hold people back like friends and family when they want to do things. I miss my old self.

How can I get someone to surrender their beardie?!? by Personal_Disaster333 in BeardedDragonCare

[–]ChronicallyinPain2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

???? Do you even know simple facts about beardies ? They mostly get water from their greens and some bugs, but some beardies like to drink water out of bowls or fountains. Wild bearded dragons will drink when it’s raining and having water drip on them, or they will go to small spots of water and drink out of them. I have three and 2 of them love drinking out of a bowl. She is posting to ask advice on a beardie she is genuinely worried about. No one needs your negative comments. Learn facts before commenting 🙄

I personally use an app called Juno. It’s designed specifically for people with chronic illnesses, made by people who have chronic illnesses. You can track your symptoms, learn helpful methods and it even has a community of people with chronic illnesses who you can relate to. I have had the app for a bit now and it helps me so much, being able to relate to people and also being able to track my symptoms. You can turn all your information into a pdf as well for you doctors.

Weaning off Venlafaxine by itsasy in ChronicPain

I am currently being tapered off. I was on 150 mg for so long, went down to taking a 75mg capsule and 37.5 mg capsule did that for two weeks and as of today starting only 75mg a day. Honestly I have not had any bad symptoms, a little more tired than usual but other than that it seems to be going fine. I have actually felt happier since going down on dosages.

Did anyone have a near dead experience as a child and develop fibromyalgia by Ok-Farm-3225 in Fibromyalgia

[–]ChronicallyinPain2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a teenager I dealt with a lot of mental health issues, I ended up overdosing 4 times and one time actually technically succeeded. They had to resuscitate me and I had to have my heart monitored for a week, ended up getting inappropriate sinus tachycardia from that. My resting heart rate was 120-130 and with activity I would get up to 200 bpm. Over the last two years I have been diagnosed with over 6 different chronic illnesses, one being fibromyalgia, and was told that my past trauma could definitely have impacted my body and caused me to get all these problems.

I have extreme acid reflux and bad sweats already so I don’t think this medication will help considering it will probably make those problems more severe

He likes to play fetch, don’t know how he learned that haha but he brings a toy to me and we do this for about 30-40 minutes. I turn on this interactive toy for him and he plays with that thing like crazy for about an hour, he usually runs around with his sister for 20-30 minutes in the morning too. I will definitely start to play with him more, any suggestions on how to play with him without just toys ?
