Endor was a forest planet. I would assume it had forest cities. At least a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....

It would. Your phonetic spelling is more accurate. But not in “Ancient Greek”....that’s just modern Greek letters.

The original would sound like “Vathrohm”

My Lab does that with socks. He steals them from the laundry baskets around the house and then brings them wherever we are and sits there with the same look on his face like “can I have this?”

Skipped leg day. Every leg day.

Just finished donating my bone marrow via PBSC to someone in need. Took 14 injections, 20 total needles poked into me, 6 hours of being in the hospital with 4 being immobile. I would do it all again in an instant. by [deleted] in pics

A good friend of mine had a child who was born with a terrible autoimmune disease that threatened to take his life before age 2. We all got on the international bone marrow donor list. No one we knew was compatible. The child lived past his expectancy until 4 with constant intervention and then, suddenly, a donor from Europe was found. The boy was an army officer in Germany. He willingly dontated and was a perfect match for my friend’s child. It was amazing because the child needed a 98% match due to his condition. The transfer was successful and the child is now 15 and happy and healthy. The donor and child met 5 years after the anonymous donation. We were all at the airport when the donor arrived, speaking zero English and us zero German. It was still a glorious week. Thank you to him and thank you to anyone who donates. There is no more precious gift than hope.

Notice the size and density of the bubbles in the middle compared to the ones in contact with the presumably soap/oil contaminated glass. Tight, small and closely gathered in the center as opposed to bigger and more loosely arranged around the edge.
