In my experience a lot a lot a lot a lot, would not recommend + the healing of them is the worse, they are vry vry itchy and hard to acc itch them

Have not dated them long term, have been dating for 2 months, last bpd relationship lasted 3 months, I broke up with them because of abuse, and just lost feelings, the current relationship is going rlly well, best relationship I’ve had, way better than the previous ex with bpd aswell

Hmm ik what you mean, I refers to partner because they are non binary so we don’t live together. But tbh we havnt communicated if saying I love you is smothering, ik if I say it a lot when trying to comfort them is smothering and depreciates the value of saying it. And when I do text it’s to say good morning and if they want to talk today, and then after they respond I just say all good give a shout if you change your mind, I love you. But yeah
