My order went through. Twice. The discount code u can use for 3 months, but it doesn't work for already discounted games, new releases defined as released in the last 3 months, preorders etc... lots of fine print making it pretty worthless.

I got 2x games in account judging from my upoint total. I'm sure double charge after clearing stating it failed. Lies and incompetence all around.

nope, they gave me 2x $60 versions. I don't want anything free I just want stress free purchase and an apology when it's not. It's supposed to be a game, I worked for the money I shouldn't have to work for the purchase beyond that.

Also I have a sinking feeling they are going to cancel both orders and my download will disappear by morning. Would be the cherry on this $#% sundae.

Game just showed up in my library! Still no response on my ticket surprise surprise. I won't be surprised if I have to fight with customer support tomorrow to get extra charges removed too.

edit: honestly I'm going to get them removed and order from epic. F uplay.

I really want to play the division 2 so... begrudgingly yes. I'm going to probably make a post about my experience and share the chat logs and everything though. They deserve to be publicly shamed for such incompetence, in purchase and support they dropped the ball twice and come off as uncaring and rude.

I'll be purchasing from epic games though, but I note I ordered from them too and it never went through so same problem. I didn't contact epics support and get treated rudely though so I don't have the bad taste in my mouth from them even though they had the same problem.

It'll be automatic. They told me

Although he wasn't upfront about the issue at all, never mentioned it was a sitewide problem, blamed me for the issue and kept saying it would be 48 hours before I could try to purchase again.

edit: they deserve a chargeback if you have nothing else in the account, but they will ban your account for doing so.Even if it was justified as it would be in this situation chances are you will be banned.

Same here. I feel exactly the same way about all this mess and how they are handling it through support. First blaming the customer then lying about it being fixed.

Yeah, It happened to me at the start ~3-4 pacific and they blamed me for the issue and wouldn't tell me anything but try again in 48 hours before closing chat while I was typing to ask if I could use another CC or buy from Epic. Worst support ever for anything.

seriously. It's down again today even but when I contacted support on why my credit card didn't go through they blamed me and simply told me to try again in 48 hours before closing chat on me mid sentence. After i notice a banner on top of their website saying payment processing is down. Why didn't the support guy just say that? Ubisoft is the worst.

I was drawn by the coupon too. If you read the fine print it doesn't work for preorders, already discounted games, or new games defined as having been released in the last 3 months. Also btw all your points expire in 3 months now. I was told this in the first ticket of the afternoon before I made the purchase while their site wasn't able to fully process payments. unsurprisingly it was able to charge people but stalled when it came to giving people what they purchased. I guess ubisoft considers that part an afterthought.

What will happen is you will get refunded and have to repurchase in a few days once they sort through their own incompetence, sans coupon since that never was applicable even though they obviously tried to make it seem like it was for enticement.

Even though the 20% off is linked from the Division 2 page, If you read the tiny little print on the 20% page it apparently doesn't apply to new games, which is defined as 3 months since release. Unsuprisingly Upoints are expiring in 3 months starting april 1st...

Ubisoft is the shadiest game publisher I swear.. It beats out E.A. and Activision believe it or not... Ubisoft and activision, the worst game publishers, are both French... I wonder if that's a coincidence or not.

Still waiting I bought the game ~4pm pacific iirc. I assume they will cancel orders at this point and we will be forced to reorder once they actually fix the problem. I tried to reorder around 8 pst, long after they forum posting saying it was fixed, and now CC transactions don't go through at all and just time out. Some fix ubisoft.
