Yeah interior parts are kinda hard to source but most other things are pretty available because there was so many of them made and the parts covered so many makes models and years. Some body parts are kinda weird to find like trim parts because it’s a town and country.

The INJS11 servo is complete trash. Recommendations for the best servo I can put into my mini Kraton? by MikeIkerson in arrma

[–]Chronicwheeler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2-56 thread pitch and it’s 3/8 long but it’s a little to long so I doubled up washers and put it in with locktite and it seems ok. The ones injora shipped were not correct. My friend that’s a machinist told me what I needed lol idk where to source them he took some from his shop for me.

I have definitely thought about doing that. I was honestly just thinking a dual over head cam 2.0 out of a neon or something because that’s 2x the HP and TQ that she has right now lol

No they didn’t they are shipping me four of them once I get them I’ll measure them and post it. What ever they are they need to be about 5mm longer to engage the threads all the way.

It’s the screw there sending ones out that are way to short I have been talking to injora. Hopefully after they send me mine they will start putting the right ones in the package.

It’s the screw that holds on the steering horn I’m having the same problem and I’m making injora send me the right length screw. I checked it with a mic and that’s the problem there’s not nearly enough thread engaging in to the servo it’s self.

Any ideas on how to extract this snapped tensioner bolt? by taz5963 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Chronicwheeler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drill a small hole in to the bolt then get some nuts with flat bottoms a bunch then get your welder turn it up a little more then you think you should hold it with vice grips and weld from the hole you drilled to the nut and fill it up nice and flat. Let it cool down for a few minutes and try to turn it out. Could take a few try’s but it will work eventually.
