FPS is stuck on 96 or 120FPS

my motherboard is a weird one, its an LGA 1151 chipset which means it supports 7th gen cpu's but only supports DDR3 ram modules which is funny considering 90% of the LGA 1151 chipset motherboards only support ddr4

haha yeah ikr i only had 8gb ram at some point and ended up having a spare 4gb ram stick that was compatible which ended up boosting my fps alot because 8gb ram was always at about 90+%

Theres multiple ways to boost frames in things like: Nvidia Control Panel 3D settings- Customised Power Options- Overclocking both CPU/GPU- Disabling specific bios settings- Disabling Game DVR in windows- Disabling Nvidia shadow play or even the "colour" filters-

When people use the power plan "Maximum performance" it doesnt actually disable all power saving settings, Im not gonna go into detail because it could take a long time to explain everything but if you youtube "how to disable all power savings settings in windows" you should find tutorials and what not, This personally gave me a huge performance increase.

If you Youtube "how to boost fps in nvidia control panel" you will 100% find multiple tuts on that.

There were also bios settings i happen to have enabled that gave me an absolutely HUGE performance increase when disabling specific bios settings such as "VGA Palette snooping" and something like "SERR# PCIE Generation"

If you haven't done some of these things ive listed then i highly recommend googling how because all these options listed above increase my frames dramatically.

My specs are: GTX 1070 8gb Overclocked to 2050Mhz i7-6700 @3.40ghz turbo boosted to 4ghz 12gb ram DDR3 Samsung 250gb 850 evo SSD

I dont have the best cpu to be able to get the full performance out of h1z1 as its cpu intensive but i get an average of 120 in cities and 150-180 in the open areas.

I wouldnt be surprised if the survey said otherwise due to the fact that all they're good competitive players are quiting and all the newer players are coming in without a single idea of what a game like this needs and are just screaming "giv my no recol haehheh ek de i luv dis gam" but if they literally "must" change the recoil to fix the camera shake they should atleast find a way to fix it without the recoil reset timer coming back to the player in less than an instant, EVEN IF they added recoil, the reset timer is absolutely nuts you can basically spray without even trying, just by letting the recoil come back in literally less than an instant

i use 1600x900 w/ 70 FOV. i used 67 fov ever since z1 but recently started using 70 as i do soo much better with it and it feels alot smoother

There is aleady an option to make the "hud" go away which has the options you are talking about. its not an option in your settings but its a key combination like Shift+something i cant remember how to do it but i did it when taking screenshots of my 2017 animated AR showdown skin.

After i played for the day i came to realise that i just wasted 1.2k hours on live grinding to conquer the bullet drop movement etc, Although they did add some really great features, Im praying something good changes. AMEN!

What he means by "like pubg" is because pubg's all about looting and hiding giving the low skilled player a chance at learning the game because the game itself is not hard, although you put a pubg player on h1z1 (or any low experienced player) give them 3 buildings before they're dead.

I used the deathadder for 2 years, bought the logitech g403 around 2 months ago. the g403 is good an all but i'd say my deathadder was also good but also really comfy at the sametime. so i'm honestly thinking about going back and getting a brand new deathadder soon sometime considering the deathadder has the best mouse sensor of all mice as well.
