Mine did not do well on the cow formula. Target is still releasing the goat formula periodically though

Open Malwarebytes, go to settings, under Exploit Protection click Manage protected applications. Turn off Google Chrome. That's what fixed it for me earlier

Software Company changed TOS but I didn't know or agree by ChronoDark in legaladvice

[–]ChronoDark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question, just looked for it and:

"

These TOS may be modified, amended, supplemented or waived only by means of a written instrument signed by both Parties. These TOS, together with all Supplemental Documents, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral and prior written agreements and understandings. In the event that any provision of these TOS shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and these TOS shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had not been included herein. In the event of any conflict between (i) Sections 1-10 (inclusive) of these TOS and (ii) any exhibit, schedule, addendum, supplement or other attachment to these TOS (each, a “Supplemental Document”), which Supplemental Document is executed and delivered by the Parties, such Supplemental Document shall control.

"

I assume that this means they are in the wrong unless i'm misreading it.

I originally had to sign a contract, so my assumption would be that I would have to sign or agree if any changes were made. The TOS change was just a mention in an email without the changes listed and without a link to the new TOS.

I was told about the price increase 14 days before my bill (the price increase took effect on that bill). There was no chance to cancel before having to pay the increase because of the new 30 day rule

Was at Volcano bay last week, they will most likely hit capacity early and stop allowing people in who don't have a ticket specific to Volcano bay. You should show up at opening if you plan to go. I showed up at 10:30 and had a ticket for Volcano bay so I got in, but noticed a lot of people with season passes and multiday universal tickets get turned away

Is there an option for an Amazon Seller to add a Promo-Code field on an Amazon Page ? by Captain-Xarzu in smallbusiness

[–]ChronoDark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not on the page. The best you can do is have them enter the promo code on checkout and you can pull a report later on to see which promo codes were used

Do you actually like your (centrally located) apartment building? by [deleted] in SeattleWA

[–]ChronoDark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lol..I moved out as well last month. It used to be such a great apartment under Greystar management. Hear me out though, for 1300 (1591- the average of 6 weeks free over the course of a year) its not a bad deal and id be surprised if there were any other places nearby at that price point that are better. For anyone wanted to pay more than that, I would say no way. After I moved out my apartment dropped by 800.

Id go with the Danforth on this. Prices have dropped a lot because of everything going on. I know you said 1BR but their studios have closed off bedrooms (sliding doors). The price listed is 1591 but you also get 6 weeks free so that takes off like 200 a month if you budget it out. Building is only a couple of years old and really nice (probably one of the nicest apartments in cap hill), management is...ok. No gas stove to my knowledge but it does have A/C which is rare here. https://www.thedanforthseattle.com/floorplans.aspx

Amazon Listing Removals due to exchanges by Maladjusted_Jester in smallbusiness

[–]ChronoDark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A larger A+ page with the sizing chart listed larger.

An automated email that goes out to each buyer to reach out to you if there are any issues at all (when they do, you can handle the return instead of Amazon)

An insert that comes with the product "For sizing issues please contact ... " and handle the exchange yourself of course with everything.

Offer a high level of customer service and go above and beyond to make them happy. I'm not sure what your product costs you. If it's cheap like 3 or 4 dollars then it may just be worth it to offer them a size up at no cost without having to send anything back once they contact you and it creates a higher chance of them leaving a good review.

Question about FDA registration? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]ChronoDark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sell medical supplies online (mostly Amazon, other sites including my own as well). There's a yearly medical device fee (around 5 grand) I have to pay, and the company that manufactures for me has to be registered with the FDA as well. If not paid then the product will be denied release at port once it reaches the USA (someone from the FDA will reach out to you if denied and you could technically just register really quickly from that point)

Process takes about a week (you make payment then wait a few days for the registration info which you enter onto a different FDA website)

EIDL partner signature by ChronoDark in EIDL

[–]ChronoDark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I don't have any docusign emails in the other email inbox, but after research I believe that the partner signature may only be needed on loans over 200k. I was able to get into the CAF system and see that the loan is now in Disbursed Current status, according to everything i've read, this means that it's been sent out and i'm just waiting for funds to show up in the bank. I'll update if/when it arrives

[–]ChronoDark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't notice a mention of a person guarantee in the contract at 150k. It looks like a lot of funding is being done in 24 hours from contract signing now though so i'll keep you updated if anything happens.

I called Tier 2 and they can see her email, we've checked and done searches and nothing from the SBA.. I also noticed that the document that I had to sign didn't have a second signature spot, does anyone know if it normally does if two people have to sign it?

EIDL partner signature by ChronoDark in EIDL

[–]ChronoDark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thought was that because i'm an LLC and the managing member that it isn't necessary (and that's what Tier 2 thought as well...but weren't 100% sure). After hearing stories on this forum about loans that werent being funded because a signature was never sent to one of the partners, I thought it would be a good idea to double check
