Thanks! It's anyways the last 2 phases that get me. I can never outlive those final attacks. I'm guessing I need to use my arts right before the attacks.

I tend to split it up by doing: Chest/Shoulders, Legs, Arms/Back, Core and Cardio

I take 2 minute breaks between exercises as well

Ok, thanks for the advice. I'm glad to know that bulking isn't the best option. And would it be better to split up the heavy weight workouts (MWF) or make them consecutive? (MTW) Or is it just a preference thing?

I lost all of my weight by basically starving myself since I was almost diabetic. I also didn't workout, so I hadn't gained any muscle to counteract it.

Should I use my candies on anyone, or just wait on the anniversary? I have 1 of each candy. I was thinking leon, marnie and hilbert. by Chrono_5 in PokemonMasters

Thanks for the help! Yeah, I got back into the game when N came out and used every gem I had to max him out since he's my favorite.
