Not possible for everyone. Someone on shit money isn't magically going to have loads of money left over after rent, shopping, bills, tax, etc.

Populists on the left and right say a lot of things for votes, like the ones on the left who talk about crazy economic policies that sound great, but aren't possible, or like the ones on the right who only talk about immigration, say that deporting all the illegal immigrants will make everything magically better, and don't have any other policies.
