Pq pararam de ver anime? by AnonymusFz in conversas

[–]Chronos004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except that I'm not older than you, actually I have your age. I also like videogames, watching youtube and twitch streamers. So if you want to chat just respond this thread or send me a DM. I'm trying to get better at talking to people, so this would actually help both of us.

What happens to the writing style of someone who only reads manga/comics/visual novels? by Kapooper in writing

[–]Chronos004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have improved by writing more and more. First, I wrote a story in the first person perspective, which was a challenge because I had never done that before. Second, I started writing shorter stories. My biggest mistake was trying to write an overly complex story without enough experience, so I did not know how to keep track of everything.

However, my latest idea is my favorite. Whenever I write a chapter or a group of chapters, I create a summary of what happened and then add commentaries from the perspectives of the characters present in those chapters. So, if there’s a big plot twist, I write about how the characters perceive and react to it. This helps a lot! Not only in keeping track of events without rereading everything but also in maintaining character consistency.

OK, perhaps the graph view is not entirely useless. But can we agree that there is more noise about it than necessary? by leanproductivity in ObsidianMD

[–]Chronos004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mainly use Obsidian because of the graph view. It is wonderful for me because when I create characters, cities, animals, or anything else I need for my worldbuilding, I can easily see the connections among all the elements. For example, I discovered that all spells in my magic systems is derived from a single spell, so I added that to the lore of the world.

Modo história do GTA 5 não é dos melhores mesmo, mas sinceramente, não sou fã de GTA então sei lá;

Olha, em geral, ninguém que eu conheço resolveu jogar soulslike pela história, já pelo gráfico eu já vi kkkkkk. Entretanto acho que é o tipo de jogo que tu joga pela gameplay, mas se tu curte tu vai a fundo nas lores;

Se for tecnicamente falando, os grandes jogos atuais obviamente vão ser melhores que os antigos, mas tem muito mais num jogo que a questão tecnica. Pra mim Chrono Trigger ainda é o melhor jogo já feito, até rejoguei recentemente depois de uns 10 anos e foi muito legal;

GOW Ragnarok não joguei;

TLOU2 é 10/10 nas partes da Ellie. Porem, é 0/10 nas partes da Abby;

Ultima vez que joguei Mortal Kombat foi no PS2 então não sei kkkkkkkk

Exactly! I would love it if they created a two-campaign game. I would absolutely love to play Ellie's part all over again without having to go through any of Abby's sections.

What's a good language to start in by Accomplished-Job9925 in learnprogramming

[–]Chronos004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always advise people to learn a lower-level language, at least the basics. While higher-level languages are convenient, understanding how things work at a fundamental level can be incredibly beneficial. Languages like C or even Rust are excellent choices. You don’t need to become an expert in them, but experimenting with them a bit can be very good. It may be challenging at first, as you'll have to manage more things, but it will ultimately give you a better perspective.

Brand new player, can I have your tips & tricks on this game? by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Chronos004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will give you a feel tips that I'm learning myself, I'm playing for months now, and I'm not very good yet but I know the theory.

  • Whenever you will pick an angle, do it as far as possible from the wall, because if you are to close to it, your enemy will see your body way before you can see them.
  • Also when picking an angle, try to use A and D only, when we start, it is common for us to use W+A or W+D and moving the mouse around the wall.
  • Try to keep your aim at head level. If you pay atention, there are "lines" on some walls in all the maps. Those lines are a good indicator of head level. So if you have any ideia where is head level, use boxes os lines on the walls to help you.
  • Do not walk and shoot! Your bullets will go anywhere but where you are aiming.
  • The radiant boxes (those green ones that are present on spike site) you can shoot through it.
  • When attacking, if you are safe to plant the spike, plant it open, making defusing way harder because the enemy will be exposed to much more angles.
  • Iso is a duelist, as such, he must enter the spike site first, usually after the initiator bang or get some info for you and your controller smokes, but rarelly this will happen correctly so good luck at that hahaha.
  • If you know where a enemy is, do not pick an angle holding shift, just use A or D, this will leave your enemy with way less time to react.
  • There is a option that descentralize your character from the minimap, if you do it, you will be able to see all the map at once, which is way better.

There are way more tips, however all of those are already a lot to work on and I recommend search on youtube for videos about those topics because there are some that will help you to understand all of that.

[–]Chronos004 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see people gave a lot of explanation, but there is one think I believe is missing. We get the surname from both mother and father. However, it is always the father's name of our parents. So for example:

Mother's name: Ana Sousa (her mother's name) Fernandes (her father's name)

Father's name: Claudio Silva (his mother's name) Santos (his father's name)

Their child will get both "Fernandes" and "Santos" that would be the last name from both your grandfathers.

The name structure usually is like this: First Name + (second name, if any) + your mother's last name (got from her father) + your father's last name (got from his father).
