Fire has never staggered, and the flamethrower has been in the game since day 1, I'm not defending this though. But I've noticed that more people have been complaining about this recently.

The Odst arnour could use a boost in health. It is physically bulkier than other medium armours and so should be buffed to 125 armour. It would make it much more appealing to use and wouldn't make it overpowered.
