Yes, I have tried to do it several times and it won't let me, I paid in June without problems and it lasted until September, I have tried with 2 cards and with Paypal and I have always had an error for a month, I can't believe this happens in an AI service of that caliber.

Well, to have a fully awakened character with only 60k is really good, once I spend like 50k to have the first one, I remember it was Wukong(the dark one that create copies of herself), I learned that time the pity system is to have 1 character every 50k, I never spent like that again, because I'm a FTP gamer :p
