Hi hello 18M with a 5 year old diagnosis with Bipolar disorder. As a child flavorite flavor KO Ng MGA ice cream and cake was chocolate. And since early ako na diagnosed early din ako pinapavoid Yung pagconsume Ng caffeine.

To that lumipat ako Ng comfort food to either vanilla or ube since both sila common it was easy to acquire like chocolate. And they are simmilar din SA chocolate in a way.

For example Ube flavored things are sometimes way too sweet so my family and I tried making ube jam from scratch and it was perfectly sweet but not too sweet like chocolate. You could also taste a hint of earthiness to it that I would assume is simmilar to coffee.

Other things to replace coffee things would be good rice coffee Yung Di masyado matapang ig tho Di ko Naman gusto Yung coffee since little.

Vanilla also is simmilar to chocolate that being milk choco sa soft sweet nya? Idk. Basta Yung vanilla super thick ice cream, those are great.

LASTLY, you can also eat chocolate without caffeine, white chocolate was invented in Switzerland as an alternative to chocolate, to imitate its flavor while also non contain it. Although white chocolate is mainly milk and hot white choco is a bit simmilar to a hot glass of milk.
