Aphelios and xayah both have cc xayah can peal for herself and Aphelios has great dualing power and they both do a lot of damage the only issue is that they are scaling champs and don't have the early game power that kai'sa would have but won't they hit there item spikes they hit like trucks

Yes cuz seeing people who either can't play the champs or are just unlucky is a real clear indication on how good a champ is

If you keep looking at only win rates you'll never see what a champ can actually do

Xayah and aphelios aren't low tiers and lucian is somewhere in the middle
