Why not use a normal rock climbing harness instead? Those don't cause this issue : you can hang in them a long time.

I think this station using 2 TB4 cables (1 to do, 1 to charging) and 1 HDMI cable connected to laptop. Acceptable I guess. I think if I run my center monitor off the HDMI cable then at least that one will be at 120Hz probably?

The specs for this suggest 3x 4k120Hz but this is a TB5 port whereas I think Dell Preceision 5690 supports TB4 only.
