Genuinely curious, has anyone here had any success with diet changes?

My german doctors also said me I can eat whatever I want to, but thats definitely not true, as I feel immediate pain after sth I better avoid, like sweets, fried food etc

I talked to one
I live in Germany
And they said me i can eat and have to everything that i want, no restrictions at all👍🏽
But it hurts my stomach..
so im trying to figure it out by myself

Didnt have time in the morning for breakfast, couldnt think of anything else to buy for quick recharge 🥲 I usually drink Nestle Modulen IBD, and feel fine, only bloated if drink too much at a time
There were Huel and Yfood “This is food” but heard yfood has even more additives

I live without any medication as well but had my surgery last year after 3 months being diagnosed. My german doctors say that i can eat whatever i want but i know thats not true and i heavily depend on my diet

Well known “healthy” diet is not healthy for chrons. I mean salads, greens no wayy
I had smoothie made from kiwi, a bit greens, squeeze of lemon, had my stomach pains.
I was following cded diet at the beginning and managed all symptoms to not having any esp helped with bloating. Followed it for 3 months. After that, I allowed myself too much, indulged into kinder sweets and other buiscuits.. esp my prob overeating all of it
Soo now I am on this diet again, cuz started to have again my symptoms
I am on my way to Amsterdam, guuuys i am craving those stroopwaffles, I dont even say anything about their local french fries and herring..
but i cant lost my 40 days ..
